You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the items they offer for trade. Swappt does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All trades are conducted at your own risk.
Swappt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Swappt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
